Administrative Assistant/Special Education – Waypoint
The Cape Cod Collaborative is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Waypoint Academy. This position is responsible for clerical support to the Program Director and Director of Special Education, acts as receptionist when necessary, and performs various and changing tasks to ensure school operations run smoothly. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and consistent demonstration of effective interpersonal relationship skills to enable professional interactions with students, parents, and staff.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Waypoint
Waypoint Academy is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – STAR Program
Cape Cod Collaborative STAR PROGRAM is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team. School Transportation Supervisor – Nantucket
The Cape Cod Collaborative is seeking a location supervisor on Nantucket to coordinate and assign drivers and vehicles to regularly scheduled home-to-school runs and field trips. The Supervisor also drives a school bus route. This is a stipend/salaried position in addition to the hourly rate paid for driving the route. This is a 25-30 hour a week position. The Supervisor will maintain routes, ensure coverage required to meet scheduling demands, and evaluate and respond to incidents, complaints and/or accidents. The Supervisor position may require additional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position is subject to mandatory random drug and alcohol testing. School Bus Drivers
School bus drivers require a Class B CDL license with air brake, passenger and school bus endorsements. The Collaborative offers paid training to qualified applicants. $29 to $31.00 / hour ($43 / hour on Nantucket) plus up to $2,000 new hire incentive.

7D Van Drivers
Van drivers must have a “7D Certificate” to transport students. The Collaborative offers the required pre-service training and in-service training. $23 / hour
