Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for health and dental benefits occurs during the month of May for changes to take effect July 1st. During open enrollment, employees can make enroll in coverage, change plans, or add dependents. Outside of the open enrollment period, employees can only enroll or add dependents due to a “qualifying event” such as birth of a child, marriage, or loss of existing coverage.

The Cape Cod Municipal Health Group
The Cape Cod Collaborative offers health insurance through the Cape Cod Municipal Health Group (CCMHG). The CCMHG is committed to the promotion of a culture of wellness through its membership. All employees who have enrolled in health insurance are eligible to participate in a wellness programming and other wellness-directed benefits. School Bus Drivers
School bus drivers require a Class B CDL license with air brake, passenger and school bus endorsements. The Collaborative offers paid training to qualified applicants. $24.48 / hour plus up to $2,000 new hire incentive.
7D Van Drivers
Van drivers must have a “7D Certificate” to transport students. The Collaborative offers the required pre-service training and in-service training. $19.38 / hour
School Bus Monitors
School bus monitors assist students on and off the bus and maintain order on the bus while in route. Must be able to lift 40 lbs, move about the bus, and assist in an emergency evacuation if required. $15.81 / hour.
