About the Preschool & Early Learning Initiatives
Early learning access is critical in forming the foundations of learning throughout a student’s life. For the past several years, Dr. Joe Gilbert and the Cape Cod Collaborative have worked extensively with public schools and private centers to initiate the Cape Cod Early Childhood Network through implementing the 808 Challenger Grant received in April, 2014.
Efforts are continuing through developing and expanding partnerships. Grants have been received and are continually sought to provide funds for early education and professional development.

- Regulation of behavior and social interactions, as well as the ability to learn
